TUBULAR LINEAR JAR

The LiMAR Tubular Linear Jar is designed for providing an optimum, bi-directional mechanical jar action in high angle, deviated well bores.

The jar rod strokes across two linear type bearings which greatly reduces friction caused by lateral loading when the Tubular Linear Jar is in a non-vertical position.

TOOL APPLICATIONS:

  • Optimise mechanical jar action in high angle, deviated wells
  • Ideal for utilisation during fishing operations for wire recovery

DESIGN FEATURES & BENEFITS:

  • Available in industry standard toolstring sizes
  • Optional jar stroke length
  • Dual supporting linear bearings for friction reduction
  • Ported bearing grease sub for easy maintenance
  • Increased mass above jar rod allows for a shorter toolstring
  • Optional connections
  • Optional LiMAR® Multi-Roller Wheel Subs available
  • Connection options to suit customer requirements
  • Simple, robust design ensuring ease of operation for the end user
  • Selected components QPQ treated
