SPOTTING FLUIDS IN LOW PRESSURE WELLS

The tool features a normally closed valve, which prevents flow from the Coiled Tubing String. The valve is opened by exceeding a pre-set spring force that is easily adjusted to the desired opening pressure, without disassembling the tool. The BPV features a spring loaded seat to dampen the force created as the valve closes and prolong the operating life of the product, as well as having the option to be configured to pump to the tools below, to the annulus, or even a combination of both.

The BPV is available now in 1-11/16”, 2-1/8” & 2-7/8” OD’s, with other sizes available on request.
