QHSE CO-ORDINATOR

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an experienced QHSE Co-ordinator to join the team supporting the Company’s Quality and Health and Safety systems. 

LiMAR are a market leader in design and manufacture of downhole well intervention products for the global oil & gas industry. We are expanding our facility in Oulton, Lowestoft and looking to fulfil the forementioned position within our dynamic team.

QHSE Co-ordinator Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a quality and or health and safety role
• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or workshop environment
• Confident communicator with management and other departments
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records
• Self driven, practical approach
• Good Microsoft office skills

Desirable:

• IOSH Managing Safety or NEBOSH General Certificate
• Experience of ISO 9001& ISO 45001 management systems
• Experience of Internal Auditing

DUTIES

Your main duties as the QHSE Co-ordinator include:

• Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 QHSE policies, procedures, and records.
• Control the improvement log/ corrective action process ensuring that actions are implemented with support of the process owners.
• Support HSE manager with all aspects of Health and safety ensuring accidents, incidents, near misses and non-conformities are reported and investigated in line with company procedures.
• Maintaining the company risk assessment and COSHH records
• Take responsibility for document control across management system records.
• Complete customer Quality and HSE compliance questionnaires.
• Organising and supporting the Internal Audit process
• Record and monitor key performance indicator relating to Quality and HSE.
• Assist with external ISO and customer audits.
• Organise, prepare documentation and attend QMS and HSE Meetings
• Maintain training records and competency matrices
• Coordinate compliance training and annual health checks and QHSE inductions.

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per week – 8.00 am – 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 7.00 am to 3pm Friday’s
